Every therapist must have:
- a friendly personality, a professional attitude and good customer service skills
- a mobile phone to be easily contactable
- a reliable registered car, and a current drivers licence
- suitable equipment and product to cover all treatments they can perform
- current industry qualifications
- public liability insurance
- an ABN
