SpiceBazaar is proud to announce the launch of our brand new Cooking School in Seddon, near Yarraville, MelbourneÂs Inner Western Suburbs!
Our goals are to offer you fabulous Gourmet Food, Layers of fabulous Flavours and a heap of Fun as you gather the skills and confidence to be able to reproduce them at your own personal dinner party!
Enthusiastic, engaging & friendly Chefs will guide you step by step through some innovative and stunning menus in small groups.
Where?
Located at 79 Victoria Street Seddon, Melbourne, Spice Bazaar is in the process of fitting out a commercial premises in a fabulous trendy restaurant strip which contains some of award winning and popular restaurants just 2 minutes walk from trains, buses and a 10 minute drive from the Melbourne CBD!
A Gourmet Spice & Tagine shop will also be open Friday afternoons.
When?
Classes commence November 2009 & Spice Bazaar is already accepting Bookings with some classes already half sold!
How?
You will have 4 hours in which you will be expertly guided with hands on classes that will see you grow in confidence and ability to execute your chosen cuisine over 4 hours!
You will have nibbles on arrival and then proceed to prepare around 6-8 dishes with a break after 2 or so hours where you will have one course as a snack.
On completion of all courses, you will then sit down on the window lined street front and enjoy the feast with perfectly matched wines!
Cost?
We are offering a $25 discount for November $125 down to $100!
You will also dine with complementary wines & receive full recipes for every dish to assist you in class with provision for your personal notes so you can recreate them in your own kitchen.
