Tibetan Yoga Exercises and Meditation for relaxation, awareness, vitality, health and inner calm.
Tibetan yoga (also called the Tibetan Rites or Yantra Yoga) is a form of Meditation and exercise for self-knowledge, physical health, wellbeing and awareness.
Classes are non-denominational and have no affiliation with any religious doctrine.
Participants are introduced to Tibetan Yoga meditation practice and its importance in everyday life.
No experience of yoga or meditation required.

Yoga matt or rug, wear lose fitting clothes
